Kevin Spence who has written a negative review is a knows liar from Australia. He ordered 2 DVDs and received a third free. He did not order 3 DVDs as he stated. The titles all top sellers with positive feedback. No I did not believe him so no refund. When you look at his reviews, on trustpilot you will realize that he is in fact a serial liar, wanting things for free from legitimate merchants.
