Madpaws has been very helpful for us over the years as we don't have family nearby that we could leave our pet with when going on leave. Tools such as the checklists were particularly useful. Communication with the Madpaws team has been prompt and effective. Filtering options for finding a sitter could be improved, hence, the 4 stars. Just for info, to close the account (our pet passed away recently) you need to go through Help Centre and the Chat box, very quick process.
