Terrible Experience

Terrible experience. I paid for a booking in a 'no other pets' home. The sitter canceled the initial meet and greet before the cancellation policy took effect. At the meet and greet, there was another sick dog present, creating a concerning situation. They refused to issue a refund. Customer service was disappointing.
