I've been going to this place for many years. Used to love it. Great taste. Quick service and good value for money. However, my last visit was rather disappointing. The food was very average. Totally missed the mark on flavours (ordered the fusion masala dosa as always). Service slow (12pm). Waiting around the counter to even place an order. Customer service (politeness, smile, etc) evaporated.
I've been consistently going to the same place and avoiding the newer south indian restaurants that have opened. Will have to re-think that.
It's disheartening to observe how the restaurant's pricing strategy seems to exploit customers. Recently, sweets were priced at £14 per kg, but just before a major festival, they were raised to £20 per kg. Such opportunistic actions during festive times feel quite unfair.

Amazing food, I absolutely love the malasa dosa! The lunchtime deal where you spin the wheel for a discount is fantastic, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. It's a great choice for lunch, and my partner and I visit often 😁.
The restaurant clearly exploits customers with its exorbitant prices. Just a month ago, sweets were £14 per kg, but right before the festival, they raised the price to £20 per kg. It's disappointing to see such opportunistic behavior during special occasions.
We have been regulars at the restaurant since it opened, but for the first time, we were let down by the poor service. The South Indian dishes arrived quickly, but our North Indian order was half an hour late. The staff was rude, and the manager's response was unsatisfactory. It's disheartening to see the quality of service decline.
The food was average. The Rava dosa was overly salty, and I couldn't finish it. Despite informing the waiter, the issue wasn't addressed properly. The filter coffee was served cold, and it was disappointing that no gesture of goodwill was offered. Customer service left much to be desired.
