Would rate zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a book on January 23, 2025, which was prepaid. The company canceled the order on February 11, 2025, and promised a refund within five working days. After 14 days, I still haven't received it, and there has been no response to my messages or calls. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. This is a genuine review.
