My daughter spent her hard-earned money on a full tracksuit. Following the care instructions, I washed it at 30 degrees and air dried it, but one leg of the track pants shrank by about 3 inches. She filled out an online support form in early November but hasn't heard back. She chose not to return it since the item was worn and washed, but she took photos as proof to send once the support team replies. Given the high price, I was shocked by this issue, especially since the other leg and the top were fine. The customer service has been very disappointing, which is disheartening. I had high expectations for this brand!
