The quality is very disappointing; the tracksuit bottoms do not fit well and are excessively long. After a low spin wash at 20°C, one leg ended up longer than the other. I recommend avoiding this brand, as there are much better options available.
My daughter spent her hard-earned money on a full tracksuit. Following the care instructions, I washed it at 30 degrees and air dried it, but one leg of the track pants shrank by about 3 inches. She filled out an online support form in early November but hasn't heard back. She chose not to return it since the item was worn and washed, but she took photos as proof to send once the support team replies. Given the high price, I was shocked by this issue, especially since the other leg and the top were fine. The customer service has been very disappointing, which is disheartening. I had high expectations for this brand!

When I requested a refund, providing evidence of non-delivery, they refused to assist and suggested filing a police report for something I never claimed was stolen. They preferred to waste resources rather than refund me for goods I never received. After pushing back, they changed their requirement to a Denial of Receipt form. The lack of accountability and shifting demands wasted hours of my time and caused unnecessary stress. I’ve been left with half an outfit for over a month. This isn’t an isolated incident, as many others have shared similar frustrations. The company relies on its influencer association for credibility, but it’s unprofessional and disorganized. Avoid this company entirely.
