Order #169090I bought this item the end of August and I regret not reading the reviews as this particular item has terrible ones . I had wore it not more than 10 times max and its totally tarnished . I have been emailing with a Lea ( whom I think is in the Philippines) and besides taking like a robot and telling me that she is sorry and answering in the middle of the night US time she is not helping . I had my two grandkids names engraved and the 90 days refund policy does not work . I needed for this issue to be resolved before I flew to Colombia where I’m going to be until the end of November but the issue was not resolved.
