I'm giving the service a 2-star rating! I ordered two items, a bracelet and a necklace, a few months before gifting them to two very special people in my life. The necklace was fine, but the bracelet broke off the link the moment the recipient put it on! Unfortunately, my family member lives in a different state, so I witnessed it happen over video call. I asked if it could be mailed back to me, hoping the company would replace it instead of refunding. However, they insisted I pay an additional $40, which I found unfair given that I spent over $200 on both items. It’s frustrating that they wouldn’t resolve the issue without charging me more! I really wish they had better customer support to assist in situations like this. How embarrassing for the products to not meet expectations!
