Giving me "work" to do in finding out how to make a complaint? Having to find out how to return them to the disgusting company?Since then they have sent another two magazines. After Christmas I think a visit to my solicitor is in order.Edit 19.12.25 in response to their reply. My brother NEVER had an account while he was alive. It is extremely unlikely he has taken out an account 10 years after his death.
