Desperate customer service.Update:Decided to just cancel my subscription. Genuinely worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you sign up for a contract at a price you should not be charged more and then have a palaver trying to get them to sort it. That's twice they've ignored the 6 monthly price they sold me and twice been overcharged. Enough.
