I purchased a phone case, an accent pack, and a lens frame, including shipping and taxes. The estimated shipping time was 5-7 days from the USA to the Netherlands. However, 10 days later, I received a notification from the postal service stating that I needed to pay additional taxes and handling fees. The total tax rate is 54%, and they even charged me for the lens frame that I don't believe was included in the package. There was no prior indication of these extra costs. Additionally, I was informed that I shouldn't expect a refund, as the supplier is located outside the EU. As a result, I've ended up with the most expensive case I've ever purchased.
