Been a huge fan of MagBak since Iphone 12 pro max upto now. No one will understand how the powerful the magnet sticking to metals! Ive once drove few miles on my car with the phone sticking at the side door.*do not attempt*🤩
I’ve bought several items from MagBak and have liked them all, but my most recent purchase was a wallet that had a built in tracker that stopped taking a charge, after contacting MagBak and sending them a couple pictures they replaced me wallet without any problems
I have been using Magbak for about 2 years. I haven’t had any issues until my case for my S25 Ultra split on the rim. I sent in for a replacement the day before my year warranty was up, Magbak replaced with no problem!! I will keep coming back! Thank you!
Great experience with customer Service from the Magbak team (Trinila) My S25 Ultra Elite case had a small issue with case separating from the frame. I requested a solution on how to fix the defect since I was a few days beyond the 1 year warranty for replacement. After sending a picture and video of the defect, Magbak was very understanding of the situation and sent a new replacement case to make it right.
MagBak was recommended to me by a relative. So far the case for my iPhone is working well. The low star rating is for the subpar customer service. I’ve contacted them regarding a missing multicharger and a return request for the extra Magsticks that I ordered (they have minimal adhesion and literally fell off). Unfortunately I will have to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I cannot recommend due to this lack of customer service.
Initially, the phone case appears to be a solid investment at $80. It performs adequately for about three months. Unfortunately, after that period, the rubber components begin to deteriorate, and the buttons detach. Despite the high price and promotional hype, it doesn’t hold up well over time. You may discover that a more affordable option with a magnet can outlast and outperform this case.
I once believed the company was reliable. I have been satisfied with their cases previously, but the latest one I received had the magnets already coming loose from the back (it's a clear model, making the issue quite visible). I contacted them for a refund or exchange, but they declined since it was an older model being phased out. Sadly, this indicates a lack of support for a defective product.
I am really pleased with this case; it has numerous fantastic features. My child suggested it after having a good experience with theirs, and I'm glad I took their advice. I appreciate that it comes with a screen protector, making me feel like my phone is well-protected. However, I do wish the mechanism for applying the screen protector was recyclable, as it seems like a significant waste of plastic since it serves no other purpose.
I'm really impressed with the new case featuring a finger wrap. It allows me to securely hold my phone, and the kickstand is a great addition. The best part is that I can still charge wirelessly. The magnet is a nice touch for when I need to prop it up. Additionally, the customer service and warranty provided are exceptional. They respond quickly and are very helpful with any issues. I've had experiences with other companies that don't support their products and often shift the blame, so it's refreshing to find a company that stands behind what they offer. I highly recommend this case!
I purchased a phone case, an accent pack, and a lens frame, including shipping and taxes. The estimated shipping time was 5-7 days from the USA to the Netherlands. However, 10 days later, I received a notification from the postal service stating that I needed to pay additional taxes and handling fees. The total tax rate is 54%, and they even charged me for the lens frame that I don't believe was included in the package. There was no prior indication of these extra costs. Additionally, I was informed that I shouldn't expect a refund, as the supplier is located outside the EU. As a result, I've ended up with the most expensive case I've ever purchased.
