We have previously utilized the company for other extensions and they were prompt in addressing any coding issues we identified. However, last month we purchased a shipping plugin for a dropshipping venture. Upon attempting to use it, it was evident there was a problem. We have been emailing them for four weeks; they assured us they would resolve it, but no progress has been made. They keep requesting passwords and access to our private server while we have shown that the issue lies within their code, and they send automated emails every two days asking if the issue has been resolved. When we provide information through the ticket system, they ask for it via email due to their broken support ticket system. While we have had positive experiences with their other plugins, the quality of support in this instance has been very disappointing. Their location in Vietnam seems to contribute to the language barrier, complicating matters further.
