I pre-ordered products when Magfast were in start up. As they moved forward in fulfilling the orders they never did send me the products I pre-ordered. I contacted Tham on numerous occasions and got messages back that my order would be completed in a certain period of time but it never was. I am now 7 years out and even though I have continued to contact them I get no response. I was originally excited about receiving the products I ordered (in particular the battery charger for my lawn mower) I am now 83 years old and I just want people to know about the MGFAST "Oh ra ra "meetings they have about new products or investments in the company are lining their pockets, while not meeting their original commitments.
