Amazing customer service and care from Sarah and customer care team Jolly. I ordered 4 bras and I intially had to chase delivery as I was sent a notification they had been delivered, which was incorrect. Sarah responded to my email promptly and politely. Jolly communicated that they rectified the issue and my package was reshipped and new tracking code sent.I got a little nervous when I read the negative customer reviews. But I have to be honest, this was NOT my experience. Communication was prompt and clear and honest. I received my items and I'm very happy and the bras are packaged well for shipping and sooooo comfortable to wear. I was a bit unsure when I saw magic bra at first, like how the heck is this gonna work.....adjusted my girls correctly and like magic fit like a glove !!! Gave a nice smooth finish like a t shirt bra but light as a feather. Glad I bought a few. Grey and black really nice and handy for work and gym. I also bought a push up bra with support and it's great material and structured really well. I'm impressed. Thank you
