After much back and forth, the representative said she would check with the airline and then hung up. I never heard back. I spent hours trying to reach someone else at the agency, but I couldn't get through. Long hold times often ended in disconnections, and many calls were dropped immediately. I eventually emailed for help and received a response claiming the flight wasn't cancelled. I called the airline again, and they confirmed it was cancelled. I ended up purchasing another ticket with another airline to return home. After 10 hours of trying, I still couldn't reach the agency. This has been an awful experience, and I strongly recommend avoiding this travel agency.

I booked a flight on December 31, but my credit card was declined due to incorrect CV details. Unfortunately, the site still charged my card and issued a ticket for January 9, expecting me to call and cancel so they could charge me an additional fee. Please be cautious of scams like this; it's better to book directly with a reputable travel agent.
