Withdrawing your funds is an absolute nightmare. I used Prize Picks for about six months and then tried to withdraw some funds back to my bank account. It failed multiple times and after finally getting through to support they said since I deposited with apple pay I cannot withdraw and need to add new $$ and bet the new money and then I can withdraw to my linked bank account. How is this even legal!??
They changed the lines everytime you putting something in which is terrible and undefined..shit is a terrible app when I put someone in they move the line higher but when my bet is in it goes down shut the whole app down.
Was excited to finally jump into sports betting. Started slow 100 dollars. Almost immediately I was not allowed to place lineups or any other wagers. So I decided to withdraw my 59 dollars and prizepicks says sorry your not allowed to do that also. Tried talking to a live person and it stated AI had already handled that and I was not allowed to make rosters, or remove my 59 dollars. Its just sitting there with a button to withdraw then says you're not allowed. Feels like a total scam, Definitely would not use this site.
Completely disappointing experience. The interface is slow, sluggish, and unresponsive. Location services frequently malfunction, claiming they're unavailable in my area when they actually are. The customer support is unhelpful, providing generic responses that fail to resolve the issue. It only adds to the frustration, making you wish you'd never engaged. I wish I could rate it lower than one star.
This is the worst betting platform I have ever used. The projections are extremely inaccurate, and the odds offered are even worse. I recommend not investing more than 50 dollars, as this platform feels like a complete scam.
I opted for an early payout on a game, but I received a lower amount than expected. Customer support told me the odds change during the game, but they should have informed me about the change in my payout amount. The chat ended abruptly without resolution.
