This company seems to be a marketing scam. Supposedly the product works but I wouldn't know. I ordered 2 brushes on November 24th. It's now December 16 and no product. I continually get advertisements and even got an email asking to rate and review the product I don't have! I have reached out to the company via Messenger several times. Turns out my order was coming from the middle of China. Reviews said product arrives in about 3-5 days. The company has not once reached out to me to know what's going on. I had to initiate all the conversation on Messenger. I keep getting told they are escalating my situation to some unknown higher level but I have heard nothing back. I just want my money back! I have head that the product does work, but I later found out you can get the same exact thing on Amazon for cheaper! You will get it in 2 days and Amazon actually helps when needed. I will not ever purchase from this company again and I would not recommend it all all!
