If they had zero stars, they would be getting it.Not only did my package get stolen? But they refused to give me my money back if they had zero stars.I would do that, unfortunately, I can't. This company is a fraud.

Misleading offer and poor customer service

I ordered a Magic Steam Grooming Brush after the product image clearly advertised a “FREE Magic Brush” included with the purchase.When my order arrived, the free brush was missing. Customer service initially told me they would send a replacement and provided tracking, then later claimed it had been delivered (it had not). After querying this, they changed their story and said the free brush was never included with my order at all and only applied to a different bundle.This was confusing and contradictory, and the advertised offer was not honoured.Very disappointing experience and I would not order again.

Poor customer service

I purchased a magic brush during a two for one deal via a Facebook ad. While I received one magic brush I reached out to the company to request the second. After almost three month's of repeatedly being asked my contact/shipping information and providing a photo of my visa statement to prove the purchase they continue to deny that I ordered their product let alone send the second brush. I did not receive a tracking number and they deny the packaging is for their company. I have a single very expensive product and a negative customer experience. Buyer beware.

Ok for a quick clean up

Picks the hairs fairly well but in my experience not as demonstrated in the videos. Hair and fur clings to the bristles and not in the centre as expected so takes some effort to remove from the brush itself. Still quicker and easier to do a quick swipe of the sofa than getting the vacuum cleaner out.

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. Ordered in early December, still don’t have it! Multiple e-mails sent to them. They replied with their canned email message. No phone number to call because they have the money and don’t want to refund it. Luckily wasn’t an expensive mistake. But I’m still furious about it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FOOLS!!

The product never arrived

The product never arrived, yet it was marked as delivered. I tried following up and got nothing back complete silence. The so called money back guarantee clearly means nothing. It's frustrating being ignored after paying and expecting basic accountability. I had almost accepted that payouts were a thing of the past, but after my third one on #Stovex#Global#Inc, that belief disappeared.

Refund never arrived

Ordered on 28 December and cancelled immediately via email. Magic Brush acknowledged the cancellation within hours and confirmed a refund would be issued.That refund never arrived. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to emails. Interestingly, they were extremely quick to reply before.This behaviour is unacceptable and deeply concerning. Promising refunds and then going silent is not how a legitimate business should operate. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
