We booked a rental vehicle for the 16th of December and returned it about a week later on the 21st. A £1500 deposit is taken before handing over the vehicle. Nearly 5 weeks have passed and I have yet to receive the deposit back. I've emailed them three times but have not received any reply. I highly recommend avoiding this service.
