We reserved a rental vehicle for December 16 and returned it about a week later on the 21st. They require a £1500 deposit before providing the vehicle. Almost 5 weeks later, I still have not received the deposit back. I've reached out via email three times with no response. I strongly advise against using this service.
They are holding onto the deposit. Avoid this place. It feels like a scam. You’ll need to reclaim your money through your credit card provider and file complaints. A truly disappointing experience. I booked through a third-party platform, and they were not helpful either.

The car itself was fine, but I had to wait for a van to take me to and from the airport. The real issue is that, as noted in other reviews, they do not return the €1,500 deposit. Two months later, after several emails and calls, I still have not received it back. I had to claim it through my bank. Avoid this service!
