What appears to be a cheap service turned out to be very expensive. My experience with the company was shocking. Despite returning the car in great condition, they are withholding a €1,500 deposit, claiming it may take up to 14 days to return. This is unacceptable and feels like a scheme to keep customers' money. To make matters worse, the car had bald front tires, posing a serious safety risk. When I raised concerns upon return, the employee was unhelpful. I've filed a formal complaint and plan to take further action. Such practices should not go unchallenged.
