Good Sheets, But Customer Service Needs Improvement

The sheets are excellent, but customer service is lacking. If you've opened your order, exchanges are nearly impossible. I even paid an extra fee for easy exchanges, but I've had no luck getting a response to my calls or emails. Update: They did reply to my email, stating they only accept returns on unused items and offered to refund my extra fee. I realize I'm used to platforms that allow hassle-free returns. After using the sheets for three weeks, I had to upgrade to a larger bed, leaving me out $330, which is unfortunate. They do have wonderful products, and I've ordered a larger set, but be aware that returns are not accepted.
