The sheets are fantastic, but customer service needs improvement. If you've opened your order, exchanging it is difficult; they won't accept it back. I even paid extra for easy exchanges, but I can't reach them. Update: They clarified via email that returns are only accepted on unused items and offered to refund my extra fee. After using the sheets for three weeks, I upgraded to a larger bed, leaving me at a loss of $330, which isn't their fault. They do provide a great product, but be aware that returns are not accepted.

The items were thinner than expected, and the color and weave differed from the website. Overall, it was a disappointing experience trying a new brand. Order only if you're familiar with the sizing.
