Review Time
As others have stated, after paying for digital photos, I received a QR code that doesn’t work. I contacted the service a month ago about two missing pictures. Even after giving them the ticket code, they still requested a description of the photos and an approximate time they were taken. They sent one picture, but not the group photo I need for our holiday card. This has truly dampened our 2025 holiday card memories!
As others have pointed out, after paying for digital pictures, I received a QR code that fails to work. I reached out to the service a month ago about our two missing photos. We bought a picture at a stadium for €16, which I find quite steep ... but okay ... we chose the background we wanted for memories. HOWEVER, we received a different photo! All emails and requests went unanswered. Now we have a picture that no one wanted or selected, yet we still paid €16. We are confident we picked the right one, as it was the first image shown and three of us were checking the screen. No mistakes possible. I will never buy a picture again if this service is the provider. Only bad memories...
We visited a zoo to meet Santa and received a QR code to purchase our photos. I spent £20 for two digital downloads, yet there’s no option to download them. They keep the photos on their site and supposedly provide a link to share. To access them beyond a year, they charge £3.99. They claim you’re paying for a "digital download" but don’t actually provide it. Their customer service says to submit an email claim. We will never use this service again and I’m filing a claim with my credit card provider.
I bought photos at an attraction. Initially, I paid $37, which they said included digital images. After my experience, they told me I needed to pay an additional $27. When I mentioned I tried to pay everything in advance, they agreed to charge an extra $15. I reluctantly accepted. They claimed a download button would appear in five minutes. After ten minutes, they said the internet was bad, and it would definitely show up. It’s been over eight hours. I filled out their customer service form and got an auto-reply saying they are overwhelmed with requests. I feel completely scammed.
Complete rip-off. I purchased a photo album but ended up with videos containing images (??) and to make matters worse, the photos in the video clips were the ones I received for free from another provider. The photos I wanted to buy are still missing. £11 for nothing. Be cautious with this service; you might think you’re buying memories but end up unable to download the photos you wanted.
I had a fantastic visit to a popular attraction. Everything was excellent until I realized the 'complimentary photographs' taken by the service aren't actually complimentary. They charge an outrageous fee for downloads and extra to keep them on their site. We took our own memorable pictures, and I won’t be fooled by this company’s false promises again. I’ll be advising others to be cautious.
