I bought a set of photos and a digital download to share with friends and family back in October 2022, but I still can't access the download. Months later, the website indicates my photos are not ready. I’ve emailed the company and filled out their contact form twice, with no response. Even though the photos were taken at a specific location, they have no U.S. contact number. The only number I found is in New Zealand. I recommend enjoying your event but taking your own photos!
