I ordered cloths, an extending duster, and a 4-in-1 brush set in December. After not getting any tracking info on the website, I reached out to customer service, who sent me a link to track the items (shipped from overseas). The delivery finally arrived on January 7th, but the products came in a torn plastic bag without any protective padding. The metal poles for the brush set were all dented and misshapen, making the product unusable. I emailed the support team with photos of the damage requesting a replacement or refund on January 7th, but I still haven't received any response. There's also no phone number listed on the website for direct contact. Very disappointing customer experience for such an expensive item, which now seems only fit for the trash.
