I genuinely think I've been scammed. Was really excited about receiving my cleaning cloths and always like to support new business. Anyways, it's been two weeks of emails that my order is on the way, in the transit etc and NOTHING. Tracking number doesn't work so that's that. I'm very disappointed.
I’ve only purchased the XXL drying cloth and it’s beyond amazing! I’ve even got my neighbour using it! I made a second purchase and will continue to use these!

After not receiving any tracking updates, I contacted customer support, who provided a tracking link for items shipped from overseas. The delivery finally arrived on January 7th, but it was poorly packaged in a torn plastic bag. The metal poles for the brush set were damaged and deformed, making the product unusable. I emailed the support team on January 7th with photos of the damage, requesting a replacement or refund, but I have yet to receive any response. There is no phone number for direct contact on the website. This has been a very unsatisfactory experience, especially given the high cost of the items, which now seem only suitable for disposal.

The experience from ordering last year has been utterly disappointing. I ordered a single cloth and didn't see any mention of a subscription—who would want that for a cloth? The website shows no subscription information, leading to misleading sales. I eventually received my cloth after a long wait, only to find a charge on my bank statement four months later, along with multiple emails thanking me for my 'order.' Despite my repeated emails stating that I didn't authorize any order, I received no response, yet they continue to send me emails. My bank claims I've signed up for a subscription, which is shocking and infuriating. The website should be clearer; I never noticed anything indicating I signed up for a subscription. It's unacceptable to spam me with emails but ignore my inquiries. You should be ashamed! The cloths are also of poor quality.
I purchased this after seeing a recommendation and I must say it's fantastic. My shower screen, which was covered in water spots, now looks brand new. The only downside is that I wish I had bought two, as I notice the difference when one is in the wash.
I can't comment on the product yet as I've only just ordered them. However, I can speak about their customer service. I emailed them right after ordering because I mistakenly signed up for a subscription (as it was set as the default option). I went to the website and canceled the subscription but wanted to confirm if it was successful. Although their website states customer service is available from 10 to 5, I haven't received a response to either my direct email or the one sent through the website. UPDATE: I have to raise my review from 2 to 4 stars since they finally responded positively. They confirmed my order has been dispatched and the subscription canceled. Thank you for your reply.
