I placed an order for cleaning cloths, an extending duster, and a 4-in-1 brush set back in December. After not receiving any tracking updates, I contacted customer support, who provided a tracking link for items shipped from overseas. The delivery finally arrived on January 7th, but it was poorly packaged in a torn plastic bag. The metal poles for the brush set were damaged and deformed, making the product unusable. I emailed the support team on January 7th with photos of the damage, requesting a replacement or refund, but I have yet to receive any response. There is no phone number for direct contact on the website. This has been a very unsatisfactory experience, especially given the high cost of the items, which now seem only suitable for disposal.
