Overall quite disappointed; misleading advertising; overpriced electric fireplace. I would rate it 1 star for not being as advertised and being overpriced, but I give it 2 stars for quick shipping and replacement of a faulty LCD screen. Positives: fast shipping when in stock; they quickly replaced the first unit with a bad screen (the 60-inch linear model had a flickering middle screen). They picked up and replaced it within 5-7 days. The LCD screen does provide a high-quality image. The heater works well, but the thermostat may not be calibrated correctly. The glass has a nice effect with the side lights, which create a realistic fire glow on the glass rocks. Negatives: It does not project a realistic fire onto the logs (this is a significant issue as they heavily promote this feature). It's merely LCD screens displaying the same fire image in a loop, which could be improved by varying the timing of each video. There are noticeable gaps between the LCD screens, which detracts from the overall appearance, especially in low light. The top and bottom lights look cheap and do not enhance the fire's appearance. The logs are small and only adequate. The heater's thermostat seems inaccurate; I must set it to 75/80 for it to activate, even when my home shows 62. Don't rely on their measurements in the manual; measure the unit yourself before planning.
