This has been a nightmare. I tried to set up a connection nearly two months ago and am still waiting. The technician took weeks to arrive and was unable to complete the setup. The sales team is unresponsive; I've called multiple times but only reached technical support, who can't assist with sales issues. It's been a long wait with no resolution.
