As the director, I am extremely frustrated with the situation we find ourselves in due to the service. I hope to receive a phone call tomorrow to help resolve this ongoing issue.

Despite some negative reviews, my experience with the service today was outstanding. We had a service interruption due to our own mistake, but they went above and beyond to restore it for our elderly parents. The representative in Accounts was incredibly helpful, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares. A special thanks to the Technical support team member who patiently explained everything during a stressful time. We appreciate the effort!
If it were possible, I would give no stars. I was with this service for over a decade with minimal issues, but in the past year, the service has been utterly disappointing. After being without a phone for three weeks and no resolution in sight, I had to cancel my contract. They continued to bill me, and now a third party is contacting me for payment on a service I never received.
I pay a premium for fast internet, emphasizing its importance for my home office. Yet, the connection frequently drops, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. When I called, they told me the maximum speed was 18 MB, but my speed tests usually show only 5 MB. This has disrupted my work during meetings and streaming. I was advised to get an extender, despite being right next to the router. I've often resorted to using mobile data instead.
I give four stars because they haven't upgraded my broadband speed in my area for the last five years. It seems they lag behind competitors, and I'm considering switching providers. However, their customer service has been excellent; I've had very few serious issues with my broadband during this time. I need faster internet to keep up, so I'm searching for a provider that can match the quality while offering better speed.
This service doesn't deserve any stars. I've been trying to set up a second account for over a week, and the customer service has been dreadful. Promised callbacks never happened, and staff were unavailable without proper out-of-office notifications. I plan to cancel my account and find another provider. For a small price difference, it's best to look elsewhere.
