The current system is quite frustrating; even with pre-booked taxis, drivers often refuse jobs if the fare isn't appealing enough. I'm starting to look for other options just to get to work. While I understand drivers should have the option to choose, it can come off as laziness. This makes it unreliable, particularly for school runs or work.
