The current service operation is frustrating. Even when I book a taxi ahead of time, drivers often decline jobs if the fare isn’t satisfactory. I find myself needing to seek alternative taxi options just to reach work. While I understand drivers should have choices, it can come across as laziness, making it unreliable for school runs or work commitments.
The driver navigated through rush hour traffic to my destination, and when the cash point was down, he took me to another location to withdraw cash before bringing me back. I appreciated his patience and respectfulness in the situation.
