I would rate Gmail zero if possible.I created a new account in accordance with all policies, transferred all of my accounts to the new email address, and received a notification 1 week later that my account was disabled. There is no option to reverse this except their appeal process that can take "2 business days or longer." This is unacceptable and highly disruptive. I would expect some form of communication prior to disabling the account, or an opportunity to discuss further.
