I placed an order for some equipment through a certain platform, which was forwarded by another service. For some unknown reason, my items have been stuck in customs in Brazil since November 22, 2025. The customer support team has not responded to my emails. I received a request for additional information regarding my taxpayer ID, but then heard nothing back. This feels like a scam; the company seems indifferent to its customers. It's truly disappointing and frustrating. I reached out to the seller, who promised to investigate and get back to me. I strongly advise against making purchases through this platform or any others that use the same service.
