They will lie about no one being home and claim wrong address.
Ordered a motherboard through Amazon that was to arrive on the 29th January. When I checked to see who was shipping, mailamericas showed up.
To make a long story short I never got the package. The spaced out time between tracking updates didn't add up and I got suspicious and filed for a refund with Amazon. Hopefully it gets on my account.
Bottom line don't ever use mailamericas. Save yourself the emotional and mental trauma associated with this.

Terrible experience with my order.

I placed an order for some equipment through a certain platform, which was forwarded by another service. For some unknown reason, my items have been stuck in customs in Brazil since November 22, 2025. The customer support team has not responded to my emails. I received a request for additional information regarding my taxpayer ID, but then heard nothing back. This feels like a scam; the company seems indifferent to its customers. It's truly disappointing and frustrating. I reached out to the seller, who promised to investigate and get back to me. I strongly advise against making purchases through this platform or any others that use the same service.

I still haven’t received my package after two months. Now they’re saying I need to pay additional taxes, even though the total payment should have included everything. I'm really frustrated, and they haven’t provided any updates. This service feels like a scam.

Horrible experience with this service

This service is terrible. I recommend avoiding it at all costs. Their tracking system is unreliable, and my package has been stuck in transit for the last ten days. When I ask for an update or a delivery date, their responses are vague and unhelpful. My package is already late, and I'm very frustrated!
