I'm sharing this as a caution for anyone thinking about using this service for their main email. I'm currently locked out of my primary account due to a failed 2FA device, and the service is failing to provide any viable solutions. 1. The SMS Recovery is malfunctioning: I have a recovery number, yet the system refuses to send the code. It's a frustrating dead end. 2. The Support Dilemma: You can't post in the support forum without logging in, and you can't open a ticket without access. If you're locked out, you're essentially left without help. 3. Terrible Response Times: I found their helpdesk email, but the automated response indicated that due to being busy with a system relaunch, I might have to wait TWO WEEKS for a reply. I need my account for banking and personal security, and being told to wait 14 days is unacceptable. This is a PAID service claiming to provide security, but their recovery system is fundamentally broken. If any staff are reading this, my ticket has been open since Friday. In short: If you lose your 2FA device, this service will effectively hold your data hostage for weeks while support tries to catch up. Consider alternatives.
