They seem to want to go out of business.I am unable to reset my password as their system does not send out reset links. Their support portal even requires your password to access. Their support desk is unresponsive.So I cannot renew my subscription and have lost access to my inbox.PS. They said they issued a Temporary password but didn't. They refused to send it to the email address I provided. Their recovery process is flawed in addition to their password reset flow.So I am now going to lose my emails and have to find a new email provider. Well done.
