I'm unable to access my main account due to a malfunctioning 2FA device, and the service is not providing adequate solutions. 1. The SMS Recovery Feature is Non-Functional: My recovery number is registered, yet the system refuses to send me the code. It's a frustrating dead end. 2. Support Dilemma: You can’t post in the official support forum without logging in, nor can you submit a ticket if you’re locked out. Essentially, you're left without help. 3. Poor Response Times: After some searching, I found their helpdesk email, but the automated reply informed me that due to being busy with a system relaunch, I might have to wait TWO WEEKS for a response. I rely on my account for banking and personal security, and being told to wait 14 days is unacceptable. This is a PAID service that claims to offer security, yet their recovery system is severely broken. If any staff members are reading this, my ticket has been open since Friday. In summary: If you lose your 2FA device, this service will effectively hold your data hostage for weeks while support tries to catch up. Consider alternatives.
