With a 30% open rate and no spam complaints, I believed this was enough proof of legitimate use. Taking payment upfront, then suspending an account with solid metrics while retaining the funds, feels like a questionable business practice. If you’re reaching out to a legitimate professional network, I recommend exploring other options that don't jump to conclusions and retain your funds without justification.
