I'm baffled by the positive reviews because my experience was awful; if possible, I'd rate zero stars.I signed up for the Pro plan which supposedly includes unlimited verification, yet they failed to verify emails as promised. Despite multiple bounce backs, the dashboard misleadingly showed a 0% bounce rate.I reached out on Friday 14th June, to inquire about the unverified addresses. After waiting a week with no explanation or even a courteous acknowledgment of my emails, I canceled my subscription and requested a refund.Their customer service is painfully slow, taking days to respond with generic, unhelpful replies that didn’t address my specific issues. In today's competitive marketplace, such delays are unprofessional and suggest they don't value customers or prioritize their satisfaction.Now, I must switch everything to another cold email platform, which is highly inconvenient and disrupts my daily marketing plan. Had they addressed customer queries as promptly as negative reviews, this situation might have been avoided.If I don't receive a refund by Friday 28th June, I will report Mailmeteor to Trading Standards for misleading advertising. I believe I am entitled to a full refund for the misrepresented service I signed up for.Steer clear of this company everyone, save your money and precious time.
