Loving the Experience

I truly enjoy using this service. As a newcomer to cold emailing, it's been incredibly user-friendly. My only issue is that while trying to set up an automated follow-up for a campaign, I noticed that 1) the follow-up email isn't sent in the same thread, and 2) the First Name variable in the subject line didn't work for the follow-up (though it did for the initial email). This means I have to manually send follow-ups, which affects my tracking. Otherwise, I appreciate the metrics provided!

Simplified My Work

It's reasonably priced, very straightforward to use, and has quickly proven its value. Working in sales, it has been a tremendous help. I'm still exploring different plans, but for most users, I believe the starter option is ideal. Thank you for making my work significantly easier. Issues with Functionality

The tool is malfunctioning, and the support team hasn't resolved it within a week. Their response time is frustratingly slow—answers come only after 20 to 40 hours. I even subscribed to a premium plan to test it, but it still fails to update replies, even with the advanced features.

Useful but Needs Improvements

This tool is very useful and user-friendly. However, I wish it provided updates regarding errors when scheduling sends. There have been several instances where my campaign was paused due to needing to reconnect to my email, but I never received any notifications. Thankfully, I always check to ensure it sends, so I can manually send it right away. Additionally, it sometimes alters the font size after sending. Overall, it's a great tool.
