Tree was ordered on Jan 24th. Order never turned up after being dispatched on 10th Feb. Notified trees online on 13th. Since that message there has been zero response to my e mails, phone calls /messages. Have requested a full refund twice still no response from them. Can't believe that they aren't trying to resolve the problem, I have given enough opportunities to get back to me.Customer service is poor or non existent.
