Review Time
I ordered a tree from them in January, with a delivery date of 7 to 10 working days. I had to chase them after two weeks but, to be fair, the tree was delivered after a couple more days and appeared to be in good condition.
So, I ordered two more and, guess what, no trees have been delivered. Ther courier turned up at our gate and then drove off without delivering the trees.
It would be easier to get an audience with the Pope, than contact this shower. They have ignored all my emails, they will not answer the phone, and their voicemail is full. If the trees do not arrive by tomorrow, it will be too late.
So, regrettably, I have had no option but to raise a dispute on my credit card.
Do not get sucked in to their deals. The trees appear good quality, and at a great price, but they are no use sitting on their land, rather than yours.
I noticed that the other poor reviews mostly relate to poor customer service and I wish I had read these first. There are plenty of online nurseries who can be bothered to speak to their customers, so do yourself a favour and pick on of those.
We placed an order on 16th January 2026. They delivered half of the order 2 1/2 weeks later. It's now 20th February and we still haven't received the other half.It's useless to phone as its never answered. Email gets you no help at all. Contacting them on facebook gets a message of 'phone us or email'Avoid this company at all costs.

The trees I ordered are very healthy and as described ONCE they arrived. I had to chase the company several times, but Kelly got it all sorted very efficiently. I would recommend, but would advise that customers are made aware of delays.
Tree was ordered on Jan 24th. Order never turned up after being dispatched on 10th Feb. Notified trees online on 13th. Since that message there has been zero response to my e mails, phone calls /messages. Have requested a full refund twice still no response from them. Can't believe that they aren't trying to resolve the problem, I have given enough opportunities to get back to me.Customer service is poor or non existent.
Unfortunately plants took an extremely long time to arrive. Ordered before Christmas and they arrived mid Feb. Plants have finally arrived and they are good quality and they did send a few free plants to apologise. Would have been 5 stars if arrived promptly. Thanks
I made my first tree order earlier this year and after placing the order needed to make a change. The team were very responsive, emailing me confirmation that my order change had been received and updated.I’ve since made a second order as I was so impressed with the quality of the trees ordered, the teams communication and all round helpfulness.
