I ordered a tree from them in January, with a delivery date of 7 to 10 working days. I had to chase them after two weeks but, to be fair, the tree was delivered after a couple more days and appeared to be in good condition.
So, I ordered two more and, guess what, no trees have been delivered. Ther courier turned up at our gate and then drove off without delivering the trees.
It would be easier to get an audience with the Pope, than contact this shower. They have ignored all my emails, they will not answer the phone, and their voicemail is full. If the trees do not arrive by tomorrow, it will be too late.
So, regrettably, I have had no option but to raise a dispute on my credit card.
Do not get sucked in to their deals. The trees appear good quality, and at a great price, but they are no use sitting on their land, rather than yours.
I noticed that the other poor reviews mostly relate to poor customer service and I wish I had read these first. There are plenty of online nurseries who can be bothered to speak to their customers, so do yourself a favour and pick on of those.
