Don’t waste your time.

Don’t waste your time.Your accounts will often randomly disconnect in your cold email platform due to 'server issues'. The Mailscale team takes about 3 days to reply over chat and when they do, they just advise to delete your accounts and re-upload the CSV, hoping that it will magically now work & forcing you to lose the settings and warmup history each time.When you export mailboxes into Instantly or Smartlead, they simply don't connect and you have to wait for the technical team to advise again.They force you to buy domains from within the platform (which are overpriced) so they make money off you there.You have no control over your domains. If you want to add certain records (for example to set up a website) you have to contact their support team and hope that they do it for you.They hassle you into leaving reviews across Trustpilot and G2 in the promise of a $50 credit off your next bill, but this never comes. This also proves that the majority of the 5 star ratings you see are artificial.It’s an unfinished product. It’s marketed as a simple way to set up mailboxes, but the constant disruptions will make you wish you just did it manually yourself.

Easy To Use and Great for Sending Mail

Very simple UI. I was able to set up a ton of emails and get them imported to my mail sending software in about 5 minutes. It was great!

incredibly easy to set up & saves SO…

incredibly easy to set up & saves SO much time. however I think they should make the instructions clear like a pop up tutorial thing or something first when you sign up. Also some technical issues happened & havent gotten a chance to fully warm up the inboxes yet. So we'll see however the technical team and customer service is excellent. I think they are 90% of the way there.

Just getting started with them

Just getting started with them, but so far the creation of emalis and domains is incredibly easy. No setting up DMARC or anything, that's all done automatically, just click a few buttons is literally all I had to do. They do exactly what they claim and I'm sure I'll have a great time with them.

fast and easy set up but still doesnt work

fast and easy set up - but I spent 4 months sending 5000 emails a week, and nobody replied - ive been cold emailing ten years and ive tried loads of tools - Mailscale is no better than gmail/outlook or any other tool - mails all still get ignored regardless so dont bother trying, dont waste 4 months/ $450 with Mailscale like I did.
