Mailscale has been easy to use and the onboarding process is seamless. Takes the hassle out of setting up all the techy backend stuff. So far deliverability has been good for the warmup emails. Looking forward to sending some campaign emails soon!
For many months, we manually created emails with Gmail/Outlook/IONOUS but we would regularly have our domains/emails blocked and locked which was very difficult to manage.We currently operate over 1,400 mailboxes, circa.300 with Mailscale. We are happy with the simplicity of the service. It allows us to have stable email foundations for our Instantly campaigns.Very please with this solution.
Setup for 30 inboxes was quite easy, I went from purchasing the domains to warming up in Instantly within 15-20 minutes. (and 90% of it was just me waiting) Doing this manually had put me off from wanting to scale cold outreach for months, as it would have taken hours of monotony.My only complaint so far is that their FAQ page says domains cost up to $13, but the .com domains were $15 when I logged in. This was only visible after already subscribing to Mailscale, so you're essentially forced to pay whatever they want to charge for them to continue setting things up.
