Mainely Urns was so easy to work with. I wanted a unique grave marker for a very special cat. I sent them photos of grave markers for 2 previous cats, made some suggestions, but asked their designers to create what they thought would be the best design. They sent me 3 options. They were all great, but one was exactly what I wanted! Their response time with my revision requests was excellent. The marker was wrapped so well that no delivery service could have broken it.
